Frequently Asked Questions
How does the auction model work?
Through the Triko App, clients post service auctions and receive bids from local, verified contractors and service providers. The client must then select a winner or cancel the auction.
What is the value for participating in the auctions?
You’ll be charged $5 for each bid you place. However, if the client doesn’t select a winner, you won’t pay anything for that auction.
What happens if there is a winner in the auction?
There are two possible outcomes at the end of an auction:
- If your bid wins: Triko Work will charge you a total amount that includes:
- The fixed auction cost ($5).
- A success fee equivalent to 9.9% of your winning bid.
- Transaction fees.
- All these costs are detailed in the step where you set your bid amount.
How do I register?
Download the app and click the “Sign Up” button. Fill in the fields with your information and you’re all set! You’re now part of Triko Work. There is a one-time registration fee of $49.99 for background checks and admin processes.
