• Ask clear and specific questions related to the service request (e.g., measurements, timeframes, number of rooms, exact location of the area, number of pets, type of event, etc.).

• Only use the forum if you need additional information to provide an accurate quote.

🚫 Not allowed:

• Sharing or requesting personal information (phone number, email address, social media accounts, etc.).

• Attempting to contact the client outside of Triko or suggesting ways to continue the service outside the app.

• Asking irrelevant questions or ones that have already been clearly answered in the request.

• Using offensive, disrespectful, or excessively informal language.

⚠️ Penalties for misuse:

• First report → Warning.

• Second report → Temporary forum suspension.

• Third report → Permanent suspension of your Triko accoun
